Deposit / Pre-Payment		This reservation requires a 1 Night Room and Tax Deposit, which will be processed on the card provided on or about 02-26-2020.
Cancellation Policy		To avoid a cancellation penalty of 1 Night Room and Tax, you must cancel at least by 02-26-2020 Reservations made after 02-26-2020 are subject to the same cancellation penalty from the time of booking, and therefore cannot be cancelled at any time without penalty. If you fail to cancel and/or do not show up, you will be charged a penalty equal to the full amount of your reservation. If you check out earlier than the date booked, the hotel reserves the right to charge an Early Departure Fee of one or more nights plus tax.
Changes Policy		Changes may be done either via our website or by calling 1-866-848-5509 by 02-26-2020, as long as those changes still meet any minimum stay requirements. Please do not call the hotel to make changes.

Incidentals		Upon your check-in, you will be asked to provide $50 USD per night on a valid credit or debit card as a hold for incidentals.
Resort Fee		Amenity fee discounted to $15 per day when booking with Delmay and Partners. Amenity Fee includes: Wireless Internet, Two (2) beach chairs, Two (2) bottled waters per room, per day AM Coffee in the Lobby, Two (2) Drink Vouchers per room, per stay Daily Newspaper, Access to Crunch Fitness (13th & Washington)
Taxes		14% State and local taxes
Parking		Valet parking $40 per day.
Bedding Requests		Unless specifically guaranteed by the category booked, the bedding request cannot be guaranteed. Hotels do their best to honor requests based on the number of occupants included with the reservation and then the availability of bedding types on the day of arrival.
