2- All-weekend wristbands (You can sell the 2nd ticket if you would like to stay solo.)

***Before 1/1/2023 any balance paid in full will get 1 extra $25 bar ticket & 1 extra $25 Dinner ticket per bed.***

This will be a streaming event (The artists will use their own streams).  Two rooms- Meeting room is 24/7 but no speakers (you can see the smoking area and corner of the pool).  Area 2 will be the pool deck overlooking the pool and bar from the middle outside.

NOTE: Each guest will be responsible for any damages in the room or on the property. The hotel is a Non-Smoking property and smoking is ONLY permitted in the smoking area in the lower courtyard. If a guest smokes in the room they will be charged $500.

Daily Wristband - $99 per day

This ticket is for daily admission for Thursday, Friday, Saturday OR Sunday from 11:30AM until 11:59PM. This does not include hotel room accommodations, food, or beverages.

Galaxie King Room Package

Package includes: 4-night stay, 4 - $25 bar tickets, 2 - $25 Dinner tickets, 2 - All weekend wristbands. Inside the room is a King-sized bed with a hypoallergenic mattress, plush bedding, a bench, and workspace. Sleeps up to 2 people.

Electra Deluxe King Room Package

Package includes: 4-night stay, 4 - $25 bar tickets, 2 - $25 Dinner tickets, 2 - All weekend wristbands. Inside the 310-355 sq. ft. room is a King Bed with an Italian-made, hypo-allergenic mattress with plush bedding, sitting area, in-room mini-fridge, Keurig coffeemaker. Sleeps up to 2 people.

Skylark Double Room Package

Package includes: 4-night stay, 8 - $25 bar tickets, 4 - $25 Dinner tickets, 4 - All weekend wristbands. Inside the 276-355 sq. ft. room are Two Full-Sized Beds, hypo-allergenic mattresses covered in luxurious bedding. Sleeps up to 3-4 people.

Minimum Age   The primary guest must be at least 21 years old in order to be allowed to check in.
Hotel Features   Complimentary Wi-Fi inside the guest rooms and throughout the hotel, Pool Bar, Mr. Mandolin Mediterranean restaurant open 12pm-10pm and includes cafĂ© open 8am-5pm

Deposit / Pre-Payment   This reservation requires a non-refundable 1 Night Room and Tax, which will be processed on the card provided on or about at time of booking
If payment of room and/or incidentals will be paid by someone other than the room occupant, a credit card authorization form must be submitted to Delmay And Partners before that date.
On January 6th, the balance of full room package amount will be charged to your credit card on file.
Cancellation Policy   To avoid a cancellation penalty of the entire stay, you must cancel at least by 03-09-2023
Reservations made after 03-09-2023 are subject to the same cancellation penalty from the time of booking, and therefore cannot be cancelled at any time without penalty. If you fail to cancel and/or do not show up, you will be charged a penalty equal to the full amount of your reservation. If you check out earlier than the date booked, the hotel reserves the right to charge an Early Departure Fee of one or more nights plus tax.
Changes Policy   Changes may be done either via our website or by calling 954-744-8396 by 03-09-2023, as long as those changes still meet any minimum stay requirements. Please do not call the hotel to make changes.

Incidentals   An additional $750 will be authorized per room at check-in. If a debit or check card is used, your bank may place a hold on the funds for up to two weeks after departure. $500 fine for smoking inside the guest rooms.

Parking   Complimentary Self-Parking
Bedding Requests   Unless specifically guaranteed by the category booked, the bedding request cannot be guaranteed. Hotels do their best to honor requests based on the number of occupants included with the reservation and then the availability of bedding types on the day of arrival.
