Our proprietary Quantum Reservation System™ offers real-time reporting for hotel reservations to keep you informed of who is booking, how many room nights remain available, and even allows you to prospect and create a marketing plan for maximizing participation. We liaise with the hotels, but most of them connect directly through our system to retrieve bookings, changes, and rooming lists. Detailed histories on each booking allow auditing and reconciling check-out a simple process that saves everyone time and energy.
We offer an additional service that allows our partner clients to make registering for an event, and booking their hotel in one seamless process. By integrating data about who is registering for the event, and who is booking hotel room(s) you are kept informed and able to produce reports and lists of attendees.
